If your current body weight is under 65kg, please select the meal plan labelled "Under 65kg" and if you are over 65kg, please select the one that is labelled over 65kg. The over 65kg meal plan has a higher calorie allowance.

We encourage you to continue to eat in the style that you will then be accustomed to. You may choose to go back to week one or your favourite week, or just select recipes from our database.
